Australian teams have had great success at the World Cups with many teams taking home the gold medal while Australia has held the bi-annual Trans-Tasman Trophy against New Zealand for the past three tournaments.

In 2018 a record number of teams traveled to the beautiful Spanish City of Barcelona where they competed against teams from all over the world for the World Cup.  The Over 60s,65s,70s and 75s competed in Barcelona for the Grand Masters World Cup, while the over35s,40s,45s,50s and 55s competed for the Masters World Cup in the nearby city of Terrasa in their respective grades.
