Restricted States – Anne Stewart 
The Anne Stewart trophy, introduced in 1999 is a perpetual trophy for competition between “Restricted States”.
The trophy is awarded to the State not represented in all divisions with the best overall performance.

Trophies – History and Names
The 35’s trophy is the Lettie McAppion- Rogers trophy. 
Lettie McAppion was a former ACT player, coach and administrator. This trophy was first presented at the Inaugural Women’s Veterans Championships in Canberra in 1984.
The 40’s trophy is in honour of  Sandra Sheedy who was a Victorian representative player, coach, selector and administrator.
The 45’s Trophy is in honour of Nell Clark from Tasmania and was introduced in 1994.  Nell has the honour of life member of Women’s Hockey Australia, Tasmania and South Tasmania WHA.
The 50’s trophy introduced in 1997, is the Shirley Davies trophy. Shirley Davies was a Western Australian representative player, coach and administrator for WA Hockey.
The 55’s trophy is the Sarjeant- Jacobs trophy. Coral Sarjeant and Beverley Jacobs were both in the first South Australian team that travelled to Canberra in 1984 for the Inaugural Women’s Veterans Championships.
The 60’s trophy is the Slade-Wood trophy. Jeanette Slade and Caroline Wood have been long time supporters of Women’s Veterans Hockey. Janette was a former Women’s Hockey Australia Board member and Caroline Wood has served as Veterans Convenor for South Australia for many years and the Hockey Australia Women’s Veterans Committee 1996 – 2010.

The Anne Stewart trophy, introduced in 1999 is a perpetual trophy for competition between “Restricted States”. The trophy is awarded to the State not represented in all divisions with the best overall performance. Anne Stewart is from Tasmania and was a State player, Coach and Selector.

The Meg Wilson trophy is awarded for the Women’s Veterans Champion State.  It was donated in 1997 by Meg Wilson AM, a Life Member and former President of AWHA as well as an ex Australian player, coach and selector.  The Champion State is the one which gains the highest combined points of its best-performed team in each age division.
